The new application of CFB --raising pipe regenerating technology of molecular sieve catalyst in catalytic cracking unit

This technology is developed based on UOP bed regeneration and raising pipe regenerating technology, is a new breakthrough of traditional regenerating technology of molecular sieve catalyst bed. With peculiar catalyst ignition technology, external heat technology and heavy metal passivation method, it can offer dozens of times of charring effets, therefore it can help to reduce the cost and improve the yield of light oil for its excellent activity and selectivity.

Temp.: 60-80 o
Pressure: 0.5-5.1 MPa

3. method : ISobutene in LPG + Methanol=MTBE

4. Equipment: Main equipment :LPG purifier 1 ,etherification reactor 2 ,fractionating towe 1 ,pump 8 ,cooling device 10 ,instrument 1 .
